Nice one[8D] Keep it green, the original colour would have looked great. Driving it home, luckily it's got a vacuum guage that says it's OK;)

no mot or tax :D
big risk , possible a big fine too.
A trailer would be only £100 , your 4x4 to tow as well
Stay safe and enjoy your jem

hey rusty, no risk on traders plates mate. may evan go trailer route yet, just depends on if it is actually driveable at the min. panky, your assuming the vacuum guage evan works properly lol, anyone got a pic of one in this colous all polished up? was thinking of a brighter green but may like it more shiny lol.

Well done mate, nice van for no money!
Trade plates? You know and your dad knows they only cover you for road tax and you cant say its booked in for an Mot on a sunday and 100 miles away from the registered keepers address! Stick it on a trailer, its not worth the hassle of a tug from plod or worse VOSA aka Gestapo.......and it will break down cos its an unused Commer:D:D:D:D

looking into delivery quotes. but must admit i didont know that. chances are my dad does but will check. otherwise may just book it for an mot sat to cover my arse and get it sat lol. just looked up reg on dvla, date of liability is dec 2010 so not been off road to long, yay

it look like a nice van :) yeh it probably isn't worth the hassle if it does have any problems.a trailer shouldn't cost more than £100 a day.Atleast that way you know you will be getting it home the same day! Have you got any more pics of it? What are the main plans then mate?

yh, dont suppose anyone on here has a transporter trailer in essex that i could borrow? need to try to keep costs down getting it back as was only meant to pay £500 for one lol drink in it for ya too. wanna try and treat it as 2 projects 1st weld it up good enough (for now) and do any work to get her through an mot so that it can be used. then start getting all new panels from woolfy and start restoring it from the front backwards. while making new cupboards ready to replace the old rotten bits. thinking of keeping the green. need to see one polished up nice to see the colour really. was thinking of a transit di engine swap but it has the overdrive box so may go lpg. all the usual upgrades and a middle seat or bench. any ideas welcome guys

Honest looking van that. Looks straighter than Pia did;) that said, i'm getting used to Commer's looking lovely until you have a poke around HAHA. Good bus though Paul.

yh but compared to the one i was trying to save its mint lol. only worrying thing is there was no pics of the back end outside
