Aussie sliding door autosleeper

So on first start up found valve tobe seized and bent pushrod , unseized valve and straightend push rod and got engine running . Brakes are stuffed all round so made my own local Ford falcon 300mm disc brake kit , using Toyota Land Cruiser dual circuit master cyclinder , out back is Mitsubishi L300 diff with 4. Something something diff ratio, same pcd as Ford so matching wheels all round , tailshaft bolts straight up and width is exactly the same .

Also used Toyota Hilux / commer mix leaf pack and diff is on top of leafs for extra low plus stiffer than stock , also using mini front shocks for the rear , front springs are d23 Nissan navara with Hilux shocks . Have about 30mm of travel in rear . Will fit a small chassis notch to look as stock as possible and will all be hidden in the autosleeper cupboards

What is the drum to drum measurement on the diff ?
 
So ive been a busy boy on my old commer lately. Stock 1725 basically died so i started an engine swap.
