Just a few pics to update you on the repairs,as they have begun whoo hoo!!, after damaging her in August 2008 yes 2008 !! I have sorted out the insurance and a body shop and work so far looks good.

Cant wait, hopefully get it back in another few weeks,a few bits from Woolfy and new rubbers ordered from Martin so she will look great,
Then up to See Milk and Two to get her sitting right.

So glad you got things under way - they have a tendancy to hang around don't they?!

Yes they are of a Rover P5 the chrome was shot so I got them blasted and stoved. Love the look of your van too, you ave revitlized her I should get mine back in about a month so we should hook up as I think your not far from Brighton are you, did you take the Commer to the VW van run in Brighton this weekend? You would have got so much attention if you did.
Really wanted mine to be done for that, hey ho.

I dont think MY Rostyles will do your van justice Panky, they are a bit rough and pitted, and your van looks like it will be top notch by the time you have finished ...

Howdy, those wheels look great with that finish, nice and subtle. I was going to go to Brighton, but we left it late, then my mates blew me out anyway. We were going to camp at a site near the Marina and walk down. Brighton Breeze is the one VW show that I'd be a little uneasy taking the Commer to... I reckon it would upset some of the VW only brigade/freaks [}:)]

I'm definitely up for hooking up, I'm not far at all from you. I've felt like I'm the only Commer owner for miles around here, so it's great to see that you're local. I'm at [email protected] ;)
 
Am I right in saying I saw this van at the New Forest meet? Glad to see it on the mend, it's a really nice van:D
