A mate spotted this is a secret underground classic car store in London somewhere, apparently been there for years. Not for sale apparently

I know it, seen it in the same location a few years back while visiting another occupant of the underground storage unit. I don't know the owner though.

I'm sure I've seen it on photos many years ago, but can't remember when. The A-reg is slightly puzzling, though. Supposedly a 1963 model then, had the Commer badge been replaced by the Commer letters that early?
