anyone feeling brave???

had a ride over to wrexham today as id heard about a commer in a scrap yard over there. the vendor is a scrap merchant but kinda got the impression he has a soft spot for oddities. however he is running a business so offers of £300+. otherwise he will squash it.anyway the commer. its complete but very rusty saying that the floors and inner sills arent bad but have had work in the past. there is very little left of the guttering, the doors have all been plated and lost there flutes. the sills are a patchwork of flute and plate. dont know how much of the front panel you would loose if you remove the windscreen as that seems to be holding it together. it is very very borderline restorable but you would have to invest alot in it. the interior is in generally good condition. the mechanicals seem to have been done as the engine runs sweetly gearbox works and there was quite a bit of newish looking ancilleries. also the back axle and prop seemed to be very clean. think the mileage was reading 36000. definelty a very good source of spares. even has the complete commer lettering on the front.
