I'm going to ring the venue this week with provisional numbers so if anyone else wants to be counted in at this stage let me know.

Hi Tim, you're on the list - provisionally for arrival Friday. If you need a hook-up let me know asap, also if there're a lot of you coming will you need two plots? Last question, camper or tent?

Cheers!

All above noted, one camper/plot for Duke/Tim - if you need a hook-up let me know. There won't be many left now!

I've sent the current numbers/requirements to the venue>

Currently we have 17 pitches booked for 16 Campers (17 if Telford Bob can get one in time;)).

Only 12 have requested hook-ups.

10 have said they'll arrive Friday

As is the nature of these events some people will probably be unable to attend while others won't be able to commit until late in the day so I'm hopeful for around 20 Commers. :D

Hiya Baz.

On the map of the area, it looks like there's a river just over the road from the pub, but it's often hard on google maps to tell the difference between a river and a stream.

I don't suppose on your previous visit to the site you took a wander over that way, and happened to notice how big the river was? The reason i ask is i was thinking of bringing my kayak but wouldn't if there wasn't enough water to float it in!

Thanks,

Mattmonkey and Claire
