It could be converted to a camper, but at what price? You would be paying well over the top of Highwayman prices for the commercial conversion to start with.
Pity it has its grill on upside down - makes it look sad!

I say keep it for selling donuts, I do like a donut. Having said that it would make a lovely camper.
