Just dipping my toe in the water,
Myself and V-Dub convert are in sunny essex (just west of Stansted airport) - just off J8 M11.

we have a farmer landlord who might (if she catches a whiff of money) let us have a field.

No big hills, some village pubs but for all you from up't north its southern ale prices

if there is an appetite for it I will have a chat with the farmer

Haha! Andy, hopefully with any luck if she did let me down at least it wouldn't take too long to push the old girl there! Seriously though, (touching a piece of wood whilst typing this) Sh'e been spot on, we've done nearly 1500 miles and only had 1 non start (flat battery - my fault) and 1 break down (coil) so pretty good really![8D]

Well, you already did more miles than I managed, even including the ones on the back of an as truck. Can't complain about a £50 engine if it's still going.

Indeed it is Andy, actually just checked and my guesstimate was well off, she's done a few short of 2,200 miles. Still got that funny light rattle/chatter but it's not got any worse. I'm at a complete loss as to what that could be, but hey, no complaints!
