ANY ADVICE ON TRANSPORTING AN ENGINE?!

Hope someone can help. Just got an engine but need to transport it to Woolfy. Its not packed so need to know what I need to do to get it ready and also any advice on who to use as prices seem to vary madly.

Its going from Norwich to Coventry

palletted service about £70.00 but you would have to get it on a pallet.
man person with a van need to be strong!

can you not collect yourself? we have moved engines ourselves before.

I'll check who I used to get frodo's engine to Martin M but they were cheap and had a tailift/pallet truck to make loading and offloading simple. iirc it was about £55 each way last summer.
