Its likely to be some poor soul desperatly searching for there long lost Commer. Could be a chap from Bournemouth who`s Commer was known as Piggy!
I do think some people are getting ambitious/silly with the asking prices for projects. That Highwayman is going to need some serious money throwing at it to make it a half decent usable van...and thats only going by the pics, it will doubtless be a lot worse in the flesh!
 
The Ebay one is VLC, no Commer is going to end with 3 letters unless it's a very early one or on a cherished plate.

Having said that, maybe they are looking for Peggy?
