On a serious note though, when I did mine there are 2 little clips you have to turn to release the 'release bearing' from the forks and one snapped as it had gone rusty, luckily I had a spare one...don't know where you'd get them from if needed....might be worth Tim seeing if he has a spare one hanging about, be a bugger on saturday otherwise...

If they go you can often use some wire to secure the bearing in the fork.
