That's super helpful thank you!In this link, https://forum.commervanfan.co.uk/threads/jennings-restoration.7437/page-16#post-146407 the 3rd pic is of the repair sleeve slipped over some wet epoxy resin on the drive flange. It's only a very thin stainless sleeve and you use the same size oil seal. You only need a sleeve if there is a wear groove in the drive flange, or maybe surface rust which prevents the seal sealing. I got mine from Simply Bearings. It's described as "99162 Hardened Stainless Sturdi Sleeve for Shafts 1.622-1.628 inch". It cost less than £15 in 2017, and hasn't dropped a single drip of oil since then.
