A Special Camping Occasion

We went camping last night - sort of:I
We spent a cosy night in Harvey over at Bernie and Heidi's place[^] We had a lovely evening eating, drinking and chatting - we did cheat though as Heidi prepared the food indoors and although I had volunteered to make the breakfast bacon butties in Harvey she also offered to do then in the kitchen, how could I refuse[8)]
It was planned ages ago but it turned into a very special celebration as Heidi popped the Question on 29th February and amazingly Bernie accepted - he still thinks Heidi must be mad (not wrong there;)) but the little twinkle in his eye said it all. I can't think of couple that seem so right together - totally different but well matched. Congratulations guys, when it comes to the wedding list put us down for a toast rack:)

Although I don't know the couple, yet, I think congratulations are in order and if they get hitched at a commer meet then I will gladly do a karaoke/disco for them so long as they don't want any modern music. I call myself "Mothball Melody's"

I am hoping that when I get my van from Martin, all nice and new and shiny, to go to some of the commer meets, as long as dogs are welcome as I have 2 of them, and make lots of new friends. I say this full of confidence because anyone daft enough to want to own a commer has to be the friendly type to talk other campers into giving a push when necessary
 
Thank you all so very much especially to Mr & Mrs P for a lovely evening and beautiful roses.:D Also to Bernie for accepting my proposal in debenhams carpark I have planned this day for 4 years and still can't believe he said yes. I have now done my part its up to him to organise the next bit and with our Commer mates that would be fantastic. [:X]
