Went to Bournmouth on our very first trip in our Commer in early 1968. It still had trolleybuses!

Couple of question's, was it a colour recorder used or was the video converted from b and w? Also do you still own your dads van?

It's 8mm colour cine film transferred to standard 8mm video on a cheap copier, then transferred to cd on a faulty recorder. The original film is much better quality.

No, the van no longer exists, I last saw it in a very sorry state parked behind a block of garages in Basildon in the 1980's. However, my sister is currently on the hunt for a Commer. She has joined the forum, but is only lurking so far and hasn't posted anything.
