Circumstances are offering me a two week break in mid January... Any ideas where I should take my 45mph slow-down-the-pace-of-life van...

Anyone done any memorable road trips??

Southern Spain, never been but it's warm;)

Travel slowly to Cornwall, it's gonna be cold but they'll be some lovely scenery.
