It was a very early van, as it did not not have a grille in the front panel. I worked as an apprentice in a Rootes dealer from 1958-1961, and remember the first of these Commers in our showroom.The reg number of my first van was YDW 183 or maybe 5, which dates it to 1959, I think.Does it still exist, I wonder.
