Cheers Tim;) i'm enjoying it too which helps. I need a bit of advice though.....I am going to attempt to make the rear outrigger section which holds the leaf spring. I have no problem with sawing out the correct size hole, but where would i find me the correct size piece of metal tubing that i will need to weld into it??? Am i making myself clear at all? If not, i will try and take a piccy of one! I suppose i could try and grind the old piece out of the old one if push comes to shove?

We managed to 'weld' in a repair to the outrigger lower face, for the MoT last time, luckily our spring hanger seemed sound.

I use the old ones, they don't rot, so just need to clean it up and insert it into your new chassis leg ;)
