Where abouts in the country are you John. I ask because I have one of Martins peaks that I never used. Also what condition are your top door rollers in as you can no longer get them but I have found an alternative.

You are much closer to Martin than you are to me as I'm in the midlands so it might be easier to have a peak off him. But as far as the rollers go (assuming that a later dodge is the same as an early commer) hgv curtain rollers are the perfect size. The only difference is the originals have 3 smaller wheels in a pyramid formation and the curtain rollers have 2 larger wheels. You would need to fabricate the bracket but this can be done by using the original and fusing it to the new one with the help of a welder.

Biggin North Yorkshire, not far from Selby. He does all the panels you'll need.

Saturday morning I put a battery on, after checking oil etc. Turned over well, so put a can of diesel in. And she fired up with in ten seconds and sounded better than I could have imagined. And the gears and clutch feel strong. No brakes tho.....at all but who needs em. She's now on my decking 20170930_183304.jpg

Hi Jimmy have you got any info to get the door rollers from China. I'm going start getting the bits needed gradually so it don't hit the pocket as hard. Cheers

The bottom door rollers are as cheap as chips. I will try and find the link. The top rollers (the hgv curtain rollers) I will ask about those next time I'm in the workshop.
