I'm in barnsley, and the door rollers are well shot palWhere abouts in the country are you John. I ask because I have one of Martins peaks that I never used. Also what condition are your top door rollers in as you can no longer get them but I have found an alternative.
You are much closer to Martin than you are to me as I'm in the midlands so it might be easier to have a peak off him. But as far as the rollers go (assuming that a later dodge is the same as an early commer) hgv curtain rollers are the perfect size. The only difference is the originals have 3 smaller wheels in a pyramid formation and the curtain rollers have 2 larger wheels. You would need to fabricate the bracket but this can be done by using the original and fusing it to the new one with the help of a welder.I'm in barnsley, and the door rollers are well shot pal

Hi Jimmy have you got any info to get the door rollers from China. I'm going start getting the bits needed gradually so it don't hit the pocket as hard. CheersLol good idea, ive also found a place based in China that does bearings suitable for the bottom runners if your struggling
The bottom door rollers are as cheap as chips. I will try and find the link. The top rollers (the hgv curtain rollers) I will ask about those next time I'm in the workshop.Hi Jimmy have you got any info to get the door rollers from China.
