Hi Guys,

I am placing my van up for sale as it has turned out to be not ideal for the size of our family and requirements and I have also just acquired a much more modern van.

Currently the van doesn't drive as I found it had a missing cylinder and I have stripped down the head ready to get it refurbed and hardened seats. I have the valves and gaskets etc just haven't got the head done yet due to other commitments.

I am open to offers on the van and can supply photos of anything requested. Currently the van is up for sale with the head removed, if the sale drags on I will get the head refurbed but will have to recover the cost of the refurb.

I agree, unfortunately it doesn't get enough use and I don't want it to deteriorate on my drive.
Took it for a run to Fishguard a couple of months ago and it behaved itself really well, apart from the scary handling which comes as standard with the Commers.

Few more notes on the van:
It is currently sat on low profile Yokohama tires.
I have the front and rear chrome bumpers which I have not refitted currently.
The van has some spares eg. Driver and Passenger door inner and outer skin repair panels (from Commervanspares)

The rear of the van is bare apart from some laminate flooring laid loose on top of the floor / layer of insulation.

I will take some photos later. Van can be tidied up and run as a rolling project or could be taken off the road and given a complete overhaul.
The only bad point on the chassis I know of is the rear near side outrigger has been crushed and requires a replacement rail and other minor work in the same area. The cargo floor has small holes in a few places but could easily be patched.
Some bodywork has been patched to tidy it up and I am willing to go over all these areas with anyone interested as I am not trying to hide anything.

Van still for sale.
I can only guess at a value but if someone is interested at around £1000 then I am happy. would like a quick sale.

True, but some people also don't want their mobile number to be googleable :)
