1972 Commer pb for sale, Nuneaton

I’m selling my Commer very very reluctantly as I’ve had her a long time now but due to family circumstances and the fact she’s not being used all that much I feel the time is right. It’s 1972 Commer pb with a Perkins Diesel engine in, its been all over the country, I’ve owned it many years and was even asked to do a wedding recently. It’s no show van but has loads of personality and the attention it gets it’s unreal, if anyone is serious they can dm message me and I’ll give them my number and we can chat, I dont really want this to go on eBay I’d rather it went to people that will appreciate its uniqueness. The price is set at £6000 no haggling either you want it or not as I was offered this amount last summer and I feel it’s fair for everyone, I know you guys love the pics so they should follow, keep up the good work, kev.

I struggle sometimes to offer words when someone is reluctantly selling their van and especially when they've had it for so long as you have. I know what a difficult (and brave) decision it must have been. So all I can say is good luck, keep in touch and hopefully we'll see you're van around with a new owner soon.

Thanks panky, it’s truly is a tough one, I cleared my personal stuff out of it yesterday ready and wow you forget how attached you can get to these vans and the memories they give you. I’ll certainly miss the random questions like, “my dad had one of these” or the “what is it a vw” and how it takes twice as long to fill up with fuel as everyone wants a look, good times, thanks for the kind words.

Had a lot of interest in the van but nobody as yet so I’ll try one last time on here then unfortunately I think eBay will have to be the answer I’m lowering the price to £5000 as I really want it to go to an enthusiast not a trader or anyone that doesn’t appreciate them, thanks guys, keep up the good work.
