That is a lovely car, had a soft spot for the clubman cause of Scalextric too, had the Mini Hatter and Mini Ha Ha bangers, remember doing a roof chop on them for some reason, probably an early attempt at saving weight

Looks awesome! 1275 gt's are amongst my favourite bits of tin. Had a V reg one up untill I got the mrs pregnant and had to get rid in favour of something a little bigger, or in the words of the mrs "bit less of a death trap!"
I miss the old girl and must reacquaint myself with one in the near future.

That's the one, I actually got the 400 set for Christmas which had more track but boring cars (JPS Lotus and 4 wheel Tyrrell) so I took my Christmas cash and went out and bought a Mk1 Escort Mexico and a Porsche 911. Last year I sold just about every slot car I had (one time had over 500) and now have just about 10 'special' ones.
