1970 COMMER HIGHWAYMAN

If all goes well - this is a photo of my 1970 Highwayman, 1725cc, with overdrive, we've been all over in her. We call her Bumble, and she is a really party bus, 11 bodies inside playing games and having a good time, and everyone gets to sit down. Use her for holidays and shows. Went to the Rootes Rally in Moffat, Scotland in her this summer and went on the 40 mile run - including single track roads.

Great looking van:) This is the intermediate model which I wasn't sure whether I remembered properly in a previous topic. It has the earlier rear end with rounded corners and projecting rear lights, but the later rounded luton over the cab, rather than the fairly square front of the very early models:D
This proves I'm not losing my sanity. No, hang on a minute, it's official, I am mad. Happy but mad[^]

love the bus another one for the northern contingent looks like we'll be outnumbering then softie southerners soon:):D
