Despite the lack of sunshine all the cold, rain, hail, mud and noisy neighbours a great weekend was had by all. As Mr P said thanks to Mike for organising things and of cause the eggs.

Well- compared with the weather forecast tonight the weekend was positively mediteranian- Paul the weatherman predicts 'snow on the hills -And we were definitely on a hill!
Many thanks for coming everyone- for those who haven't seen the event programme the event made £21,000 last year for our local hospice in worse weather! - so fingers crossed -they need £1.2M this year for the hospice to cover it's costs.
Will try and post the gathering again next year when arrangements are published to try and attract a few more hardy souls- It was good to see Martin and Karen who came to support without a van! Dedication beyond the call of duty -(and he wore his hat!)
