I have a 1974 commer wandered , think its a 1795 petrol would this be low compression,would it make much difference putting a new high compression lump in it. Would I be able to use the original camshaft, head, pushrods, timing gear, flywheel covers and oil pump. Cheers. Matt.

I've seen these engines , what would be better to get the high compression or low?

Is it possible to take out the quarter light windows altogether and replace them with full windows, there seems to be enough room inside the doors but im worried it might leak. Cheers for any info. Matt
