Yeah it looks like that. but shinier! :p I don't think it's the plate stuck, it sounds wierd, but it sort of feels like if there were an inch more travel on the pedal it would work!

Greg, I had another look and a play this morning. Although the primary cup is smaller than the original, once it is installed on the piston, it expands enough to create an airtight seal in the cylinder. I'm not sure if it is strong enough, but I am going to give it a go at the weekend anyway.....
