Bit of cardboard aided design before my grinder died a very smokey death.

Now made from 2mm scrap steel plate. Need to redesign the front edge as I can't get it hot enough to get the shape I want

With help from my forge I managed to heat the plate up enough to shape it. The neighbours were running for cover when I put an old gas bottle onto a raging hot forge lol

More Cardboard Aided Design before using 54mm exhaust tube and my cut off saw set at 10 degrees...
Next step is to reshape the end of the flue into an oval.
