Anyone need a wheel?

Out if interest did commers ever have wooden gear shift handles? The seller off above link has asked me
 
I think he has some lights ashtrays and a 'R'. If anybody is interested i will paste the link when he lists them. I have no idea who he is he is just clearing out relatives garage maiinly mini bits but couple of commer bits as well
 
Not that I know of. You would need to adapt one, They push onto a taper so no screw thread like a lot of others. Maybe one designed for another Rootes Group car would fit.
