He hovers just inside my barn door to deter small birds from flying in. He's made out of thin scrap aluminium sheet, and rotates and flaps his wings (sort of) in the breeze. He doesn't look very real to me, but the little birdies do seem wary of him!
So far so good.
Yes I know you can buy them on eBay for £11.50, but that's not as much fun, and they don't look as scary as Eddy.
