I don't agree. 400 quid for this unique piece of history is absolutely acceptable. It is a drop in the ocean when it comes to renovation costs anyway, as this will cost a fortune to bring back to its former glory anyway.

It's just quite a big project to take on, obviously it wasn't a personnel insult,but if it can be restored then that's fantastic. As for parts, it does look like it's in a bad condition but there may be some parts that can be salvaged.
Well, I'd love to see this bird fly again someday. Fly might be an exaggeration thinking about it, so let's say crawl again It will have the first 1.5 litre engine this, so even a 1930s policeman's push bike will be faster...
