A lot of bids ... is there not a facility on Ebay that you could contact the bidders afterwards? You know so like when bidding on a house and it doesn't reach the reserve you get pulled to one side and private consultation begins?

A seller can see who's bidding and a buyer can message the seller, but it's not easy to send each other email addresses or phone numbers via the ebay messaging system. I wold imagine there are ways and means though

Yes can imagine anyone trying to contact after the sale to a bidder is pretty hard as ebay may miss a sale? Perhaps a message within the details suggesting that bidders should message the vendor before bidding? That way discussion channels are opened.

I thought about it but it was to much for me.

Andrew we know Kermit well,he had a lot more spent on him the v8 engine is in the original engine bay with only slight modification.Should be able to see lots of pics on Kermit thread here on the forum.My Colonel has his old engine with only 44000 miles on.
