Wanderer piano hinge

Can someone tell me the width of the piano hinge on a Commer wanderer roof please , I have thrown my old ones away ....doh.
 
Also does anyone know where I can get the old style bottom grill made up , I prefer it to the newer smiley face style.

Clara's piano hinge is about 1/2" on the "wing". So just over an inch in total when you allow for the "spine" of the hinge plus the two "wings"
