For anyone who likes a bit of nostalgia (hmm, can't think why anyone who owns a Commer would be interested in old stuff) this show is brilliant. It's about half way between Salisbury and Warminster. We started going a couple of years ago (I thinks it started about five or six years ago).
A lot of people dress up in vintage clothing mostly from either the 60's or second world war but it's not compulsory.
Next year it's on the 3rd, 4th and 5th June, 2016 and is a great weekend. Tickets are not on sale yet but you need to get in quick as it's becoming popular.

There's not much to organise. It's all done for us. Be nice to see some Commers there though as it's like a VW showroom in the vintage camping area. There's no hookups. Plenty of portaloos. If anyone is thinking of going it would be good to "fly the flag" and show them what proper campers look like. Maybe even turn up in a Commer convoy :cool:
 
a lot of my friends do this show every year with their teardrops. Been thinking about it for a while
 
Stop thinking and go... Tickets are now on sale. BE QUICK. Once you've bought your tickets you need to e-mail them and book a slot in the vintage camping area otherwise you'll end up spending the weekend with the riff-raff.
 
thank god for that......how many times have you refreshed the website page......you're gonna be lost now you've got your tickets Jackson :)
 
18 days to go and we'll be surrounded by pox wagons again :eek:. Anyone going or are we going to have to hire a 5,000 square foot marquee to take up enough space to keep them out? :)
