Urgent! Thermostat housing cover plate

Has anybody got one they want to sell?
Not the housing for the thermostat, it's the end domed cover with two fixing bolts and the top rad hose connects onto.

Mine has a hair line crack and sprays water out when temperature is up.

I am shropshire area and can travel or will cover postage ...

I dont have a spare sorry, I ended up making one as I broke three in the same place - a crack right by the domed part. Unless the stat housing and dome faces are perfectly flat it always happens - even with a new dome on an old housing unless you are very lucky:(

Dammit, apologies, though this gad gone in the wanted section.

Making one will be a challenge :-(

My domed cover went thin and porus with corrosion so I fitted one off a Ford Ka (endura engine), seems robust, but not an exact fit as the bolt holes needed slotting.

I might try araldite or similar to start with and try giving it an internal seal with sealant. Maybe some fibreglass resin to beef it up :-( fingers crossed

Just been looking at jb weld, looks strong enough to do the job as long as I use a decent amount of gasket sealant to tighten in to. Back to halfords tomorrow...:-(
