So I've decided to go with a single SU for an easy life.
I have given these carbs a good clean and new diaphragms during the van overhaul. Although the engine was running with these it was a bit fussy. Might have had nothing to do with these carbs but just to be completely honest might be worth giving them another go over.
I'll throw in the 'special' mixture adjustment tool too.
Potential to get a few more horses from your alloy head if that's your desire!
