hey guys:), im thinking about fitting a tow bar to dolly so she can pull a small trailor behind[^], im guessing that buying 1 will be nugh on impossible[V] so im thinking of making 1, has anyone else done this and if so how? also any pics would help alot ;)

i thought about the step, but mine is differant to yours and im not sure if it would be strong enough

Ours is off at the moment, to get to the tank sender, and was lucky to drop on it at a local boot sale, near enough the right length, for pocket money, and made end bracketry to pick up the chassis mounting sleeves:)

thats a good design. i was wondering if i could strenghen up my step enough to take it as its quite sturdy but only made with angle iron frame on step and heavy duty mounts

Dont you need some none rusty metal to bolt it to first paul[?]:D;)
Dont waste time with that get stuck in and start cutting your van up. Less of this cleaning malark and more welding thats what we want to se as all your nice shiney bits will get ruined when the grinding dust and rust starts to fly;)

This is the exact one from watling tow bars. Had to do a few mods as ive got an ally tank on mine which is a bit deeper.

They do them in a few different lengths for the step and different body conversions on the back.
