This lady stopped for a just a little more polishing

Then we stumbled upon this beauty prised out of Cornwall

As for the other vehicles, narrow front track, vague steering, heavy fuel consumption, low top speed, poor brakes, lots of charm and character - don't you just love them!

Out in my XK8 the other day and an E type went the other way. My wife quietly said "you've just been trumped". She was right, but I don't care, I'll never afford an E type, but at least mine has the heritage.

Old Henry did donate some parts, including the heated front screen, but it was put together at Browns Lane.

Our Cortina 1600E was white, and this reminded me of Readingflyn's GT

Had an 850 Commando just when the Police were changing over to BMW's, can't imagine why...

That front disc looks non-original though
But what on earth is this contraption[?]

That big Commer is TS3 engined [^]

You,re right about the commando Greg, its a Norvil disc, There is a 14" one lurking in my BSA

the 750 short stroke was the best commando, not many made

Minx interest, my Dads was Singer badged.
Had a black Rover 105S too until the fuel consumption got the better of me at the time

Now this green 'modern' Minx was brush painted, a reminder of how some were often spruced up.

It did look good, not so sure about the white Rostyles though
