Steering advice

The steering on my Commer has always been a bit vauge, but it is now getting a bit scary really needs sorting out now, any advice please? is it the bushes? can you get poly ones? and would they be much better.

There are 8 ball joints and 2 relay levers, plus the steering box [:0] slight play in all these adds up. Get someone to shake the steering wheel while you look underneath for play.
