rubber bushes

Having had a root around under the van, there appears to be a number of rubber bushes....Is it worthwhile upgrading these, and in the abscence of a kit does any one know the sizes and quantities?

The thought did cross the mind about changing to polyurethane bushes when we had the rear shackle off last week:I
However, the rubber bushes were not worn so back in they went and we,ll keep the 'softer' ride for now

The fixed end bushes of the leaf spring are virtually unobtainable so if you find something pass it on

Always a good idea to replace rubber with something stiffer to take all the slop out [^]. I made some for the J4 and i think i did the Colonel.
A lump of nylatron/urethane and someone with a lathe, job done

Was thinking of taking the springs to the poly bush people and asking them to find some that fit..surely they must have sommat
