Remnants of a Wanderer roof

Haha, I was wondering where the picture was going to be lurking!
As you can see, I have an Autosleeper roof now, so the Wanderer roof is available again, I cannot honestly say whether it would be any better than Alex's, but I think it is pretty much complete and has new Piano hinges for the sides. It could easily be restored but it will require most of the wood to be replaced as it all has got damp at some point in the past before I got it.
As far as Air brakes go, The cones are quite effective, but they are much better at emptying your wallet as far as fuel consumption goes

Hey Bazil, haven't logged on in a little while. Cheers for keeping me in mind about the roof but i have got stuck in with my own one and am in the middle of replacing all the wood inside the aluminium skin and respraying it. I think (bloody hope!) it should turn out ok so i wont be needing your old one anymore. Cheers though, and keep up the good work your vans coming on nicely
Oh my! Having said that i have just gone and snaped one of the bloomin perspex windows so perhaps i was being a little hasty there! so i could really do with some of those windows now!
