First,you need to get your pictures on the web.
Go to www.photobucket.com and open up an account with them,it will cost you nothing except for a little time.
You will be asked to upload your pictures to the site. Follow the instructions, once you have chosen which ones to use.
When you get to the point where you want to add a photo,you open the www.photobucket.com site, and when you are looking at the image there are useful bits of code you can use at the bottom.
Simply copy the image forum bit and paste it in your post.
If your picture is already online elsewhere and you know the url i.e. http://www.commervanfan.co.uk/myvan.jpg then all you need to do is hit the
button where you want to place the picture, and select PASTE the URL between the tags
