Posting Pictures Help

More help please, I have posted pictures before but cant seem to find the right URL If have my pictures on Flickr but cant find it I have a MAC so the right click is different, anyone help please??

With Flickr its, all sizes then right click copy image location ;)

on a mac you hold down CMD and click (its like right click on most things)
 
I use photobucket mate! I just drag the IMG code from the box below the photo in to the page link at the top then drop it in to the post if you understand that?

Its quicker than copy and pasting! If you need any more help let me know.

Even quicker just click on the 4th photobucket link and right click 'paste' in the post.
