Plastic handle discs

Wanted - two door handle and two window winder bits of plastic disc that go between the handle and the door card - seem to have misplaced mine over the years if I ever had them in the first place!

Spelling may be wrong but I think the 'correct' name is escutcheon.

Lovely photo! Actually I found some in the depths of my lock-up but they aren't going to work as the door trim it just too lush.
