Pink Floyd Commer walk thru

Hello chaps! I'm new to this forum so this subject may be old hat. I am looking for the vehicle featured on the inner cover of a pink floyd album. Any body got any views / news?

Kind regards

Tim

This may not really be worth a mention on a van forum but I seem to be doing it anyway.............

I have a Humber Hawk with registration EUC ***C and it may be for sale some time soon so an 'almost re-creation' of the Who's Commer might be possible with the aid of a bit of DVLC jiggery pokery. I don't normally approve of such things but this car is a 1960 build date with a 1965 registration as it was originally exported to Italy (LHD, possibly British Embassy) and then repatriated a few years later. That's still part of its history but these days there seem to be rather too many Humbers around for the available loving homes (save the occasional banger racer) and so it may be a case of 'any port.....'.

It's not ready to go yet but anybody really interested should contact me, pro tem.

Hugh

hopefully number of loving homes will increase soon in the same way that commers are starting to gain a bigger following
