Pickering Steam rally

We had a good weekend at Pickering, just got parked up and noticed a Jennings Roadranger on the next row Turns out it was Fearns van, on it's 1st outing after refurb and respray

Later that evening, whilst sat eating tea, I suddenly jumped up and said 'Look there's another!' I got some stange looks from the friends we were with :I
But sure enough, another Jennings [:0] I didn't get chance to meet the occupiers, but apparently they came with push bikes to display.

But my favorite vehicles had to be, a pair of ERF's belonging to two brothers. One an artic, the other rigid, both vehicle transporters and both filled with BL cars from the 70's

Wow! what an amazing sight!!

I love Pickering, been a few times, also love the railway....is it Goatheard?? up the line a bit where they film Heartbeat! Always stayed at a campsite behind a pub about a couple of miles out, the BlackBull I think?
