Last Tuesday evening The Gladys Crew (Bernie and Heidi),Macker1 and me where shooting the breeze at our local car club meeting discussing the perfect towing companion for a Commer. The darkside has always been associated with the Eriba micro caravan or 'teardrop' trailers - but what would be our equivalent? Bernie and Heidi have a Portafold a very likely candidate and I spotted an unusual one on ebay (can't find it now:I) What do you guys recon.

OK that is the perfect match :D but lets think extra sleeping accommodation type thing.
Hmmm - I saw a bay window camper with a beetle grafted onto the roof in this months CV&P - I wonder what the Mini would look like chopped down and turned into a Hi-top for Harvey [}:)]

The little tent was a moto villa?? retro trailer with a pop top light blue 3 berth your as mad as me [:0] I can't find it now either :I

you must even search like I do (can never remember how I found things to find them again)there is a post about those little tents on old classic car forum ;) I should think that got snapped up :(

We have a Dandy trailer tent in classic 70s coffee colour with brown lettering - all we need now is 'The Colonel' Dandy commer to match [^]

I have a Trigano Randger trailer tent dating from the 80's. It is East German and shares brakes and suspension with the Trabant. The wheels are mounted inboard with no external wheelarch ... sound familiar?
