The only place I can think of for the wheel is Martin but it's a long shot as they are like hen's teeth.
The stud pattern for the wheels (5 studs) is 127mm pcd , same as rover p5, SD1, pre 89 Jeep Cherokee - also 5 stud Ford P100 pick up & some new transits but not sure if they are 14" or the size of the holes plus they will look very different from the originals. The wheel nuts are conventional and undo like any other nut so the original Commer jack is fine.
I'm surprised your van has 14" wheels as early vans are normally 15" and only later Dodge vans with 14's.

hi panky thank u , as when I was buying it he told me they were14inch wheels as I wanted everything original , he ,was going to change them back to 15 but I had arranged pickup straight away ,, just to be sure i am going to measure them,, my other ? is i am going to get new yrs on it , I am a bit concerned at how they would do this , ie lifting it, or am I better off get one done at a time and removing the wheel myself,

They will just use your original jack or a big trolley jack. The size will be on the side wall of the tyres already on the van.

When I had all the tyres replaced I warned them that if they don’t use the Commer jack and just jack it up on axle they won’t get the wheels off. They ignored me and when I went back an hour later to see how they were getting on they had it up on the lift with a trolley jack and blocks and lifting it on the towbar. I did ask them what they were trying to attempt. Basically they ignored me, cocked it up and it took nearly 2 hours. I also lost a hubcap on the way home. Their answer to that was “I didn’t think it was on properly”. I won’t use them again. Check your hubcaps before you leave tyre place.

Also make sure they replace the tyre valves with new "Taxi" type valves, as the rims were designed for tube type tyres and have larger holes. Last time I had tyres fitted they didn't change the valves because they didn't have any, and couldn't be bothered to get them. By the time the new tyres would be renewed (say after another ten years) those valves would have been 30 years old. I told them to do the job properly, so they had to do it all again.

Yep I make sure the know to get the taxi valves in when I order new tyres. And it's essential to change them, I had one almost shear off at the base just last week on Ted  It's a regular thing apparently.

what are taxi valves and are they something they would have or do u have to order them , I am hoping to get them changed tomorrow as we are meant to be travelling about 60 miles and the tyres on it are shot ,

thank u never heard of taxi valves . I am a bit concerned with them jacking it up ,, if they dont use original jack were should I allow them to jack it up from ,, axles ?

Taxi valve is a term tyre fitters use, they are bigger where they fit into the wheel rim and 'normal' valves are too small, As Colin said the Commer wheels were originally meant to have inner tubes and the inner tube valves are thicker than normal ones. If they haven't got any taxi valves available make sure they know up front so they don't pull the old ones out or you'll be stuck there. Ring them before you set off and delay your visit until they have some in stock if necessary.
They can use a trolley jack , under the cross member, to raise the front easily enough but they need to use the rear jacking points to get the rear wheels off. They can either use the Commer jack or a big trolley jack under the jacking point, they won't get enough height if they lift off the rear axle. If they know what they are doing they will get the idea just make sure the original jack is handy for them to use.

thanks panky , so they can just take old tyres off and leave the old valves in the wheels and reuse them with new tyres, I,ll ring them first ,

still haven't had the tyres done yet , just a quick ? were is the cross member ,I just want to make sure they put the jack in the right place ,, alot of the guys working in the tire fitters are very young so like myself probably dont know what a cross member looks like, I assume that it's the piece of metal in between the front wheels ?Also the wheels on the van are 14 inch and the tyres are 185 , they look to bully to me the tyres , can I get a slimmer looking tyres fitted?

185's are the correct width, 1f they qare 185-14 without the middle number sequence (ie 185/80/14) then they are full profile - as tall as that size can be. 184/14's are perfect for your wheels.
The cross member supports the front suspension, wheels and steering linkages, it runs across the van between the wheels and is a big heavy component. There is a flat section right in the middle that can be used to jack up the front of the van but the fitters may decide to lift under the spring carrier on either side to lift each wheel independently - which is fine and probably easier.

Thanks panky so I should ask for 184/14 s or , 185s and if they haven't got them any 185 will do ? is there a specific load requirement that the tyres I get should have

185/R14C (C for commercial tyres). If they ask about the profile tell them full profile.

Here's an example, I'm not recommending them but they would be fine for the job. Maybe you could order these and get the fitters to fit them. as long as you are certain your wheels are 14"
