Oh B*gger

That's ok then as long as I haven't upset you ;)
I want to do something similar to your son over my way as there doesn't seem to be anyone that's local that knows what there doing regards fault finding. I go and visit many garages in my job and a lot struggle to diagnose correctly. I would love to offer a mobile service helping some of the little local garages out so they can keep there customers.
What model code readers does your son use?

You have`nt upset me Jon, how could you? Its easy to see how folk can get upset though as you never know the context of how an Email or text has been sent.

I dont know what diagnostic equipment my sons garage uses but I do know there workshop resembles a F1 garage and he told me they spend upward of £40k a year on updates and training, its around £7k per manufacturer per update!
I will ask him who`s diagnostic readers they use and let you know. Your idea is a sound one just make sure your van is safelylocked away at night. :)quote:
