Hi everyone
Just a quick message to say hi, as I am the new owner of a little commer camper :). I won the auction today but it may be a week before I get to pick it up!

By the way top feature in PC, I'm sure it bumped up the winning bid for mine!

I'll be bothering you all for lots of hints and tips on Commer ownership, like how to change a clutch [:0].

Any hints and tips for to be going on with?

Sorry about the PC effect on prices (well we're not really as we already own one, two, three or other multiples!!)

I will be uploading the entire scanned workshop manual soon enough to stop the ebay losers selling a 3p CD for money :D that will help you in the clutch quest - guessing you will need an engine crane at some stage.

Was that the Commer in Edinburgh? It seems to be in good hands if the pictures of the yellow Minor are anything to go by. I haven't got a Commer yet, but have fond memories of my Dads van and am looking for one of my own.

Yep its the edinburgh one I should have bitten the guys hand off when he offered it for sale on here, but I hadn't found this forum at that stage!

The morris is my pride and joy, she's not perfect (and I hope she never will be!) but I grew up with her and I'm very attached.

I'm hoping my kids will have fond memories of holidays in this commer.
