My commer looking for a home

Hello all. I’m the person asking o Facebook if anyone was interested in my beautiful but rather neglected van. I just typed out a long post and put photos etc on of my commer and realised I put it on the Facebook post rather than on here. Sorry

Hi and thanks for accepting me to the group.
If you don’t know I put out the feelers to see if anyone would be interested in taking on my Commer restoration. I’d rather he wasn’t used for just parts. The story behind it is on my Facebook post but just briefly after developing arthritis I was unable to continue with him myself but found a local restoration company. They took him and after completely stripping him down ( he did run and drive prior to this) wanted £60k to restore him. I got him back, raised my garage roof; put him in there and he’s been there ever since. I’d love him to go to someone who knows Commers and will put him back together. I’m including the photos of when I brought him home so you can fully see him as the latter pics are in my garage and I couldn’t get a good enough angle. I have all of his bits, some new panels I bought and several boxes of parts that came with him. I also kept his original interior and even have all his cushions and crockery somewhere. It will take me quite a while to get him out of the garage and amass all his bits so it’s not a quick move for him. If you’re genuinely interested please let me know and I’ll send you my details. I’m not brilliant with technology so it may not be straight away. Thank you.
P.s some of the photos just look like I’m aiming at my garage roof but in them there are the bunk beds and the windscreen ( I think I have 2 windscreens) but his stuff is spread out a bit.

Pps I’ve just amazed myself by learning a new skill! Thanks you tube

It’s not letting me attach photo files for some reason so if you look on Facebook you’ll see them

I’m not looking for any money as I’d rather it was spent on his restoration.

Hi and welcome. Such a sad story it must be hard to say enough is enough but by the sound of it you've made the right, but hard, decision to pass your van on.
To add photos on here you will need to resize them, as there is a file size restriction on what you can post, or load them onto Imgur or another hosting site and paste links from there. Where are you situated as it could be important to interested parties.
Good luck and I hope you will get sorted soon.
