Leaf Spring Hangers!

Hi all, as some of you already know, i'm in the process of Restoring butchering my van. Whilst i'm no fine fettler, i have however had some success at making myself some semblance of outriggers....[:eek:)] problem i'm having though is i need/would love to know the dimensions of the leaf spring hangers. This may not sound clear to anybody but in a nutshell i need to know where to drill the circular piece out in order to weld the tubular tubey thing into it.[B)][:eek:)]:I i dont want to go drilling thigs out and welding things in only to find out it does'nt fit properly[xx(]

Where do you want the dimension from? Is your inner rear valance that joins to the chassie ok? If so i will meassure in from there and the top to bottom measurement,if that makes sense?;)

Thanks for the reply Jon;) this is the same job as i'm doing right now...http://66.129.69.181/forum/topic.asp?TOPIC_ID=108&whichpage=3 but obviously cannot get the precise measurement from a pic, so if you could measure the distance from where the leaf spring hanger is welded to the chassis leg that would be cool;) plus from top to bottom. Thanks mate.

The one i did on the Colonel was 45mm down from the floor level and 35mm back from the outrigger :)
